WestLB to co-ordinate Turkey’s Akbank refi

Turkish financial institution Akbank has appointed WestLB to co-ordinate the refinancing of a $1.2bn one year deal signed in March 2010.

The dual currency transaction is the first launched for a Turkish bank in 2011. It will have a tenor of one year.
