Gazprom-Neft forms club for new $600m loan

Russian oil credit Gazprom-Neft is in talks with a club of four banks for a $600m five year unsecured amortising loan.

SMBC is coordinating the transaction, which will pay a margin of 150bp. Each lender will take a $150m ticket. The size of the deal may increase if the borrower invites other banks to join the facility.
