Fidelity Investments has filed to launch an active managed exchange-traded fund that will invest in corporate bonds and mortgage-backed securities.

Fidelity Investments has filed to launch an active managed exchange-traded fund that will invest in corporate bonds and mortgage-backed securities. The ETF may also use derivatives, swaps and futures contracts to increase or decrease the fund’s exposure to security prices, interest rates and credit qualities, among other factors.
