Slovenia ducks in for double euro reopening
Slovenia has set final terms on a €700m combined tap of its 2027 and 2040 notes, with leads expecting the trade to have wrapped up by early afternoon on Wednesday.
The Baa1/A+/A- rated name will tap its €2.8bn 2027s for €200m at a spread of mid-swaps plus 20bp, from guidance of plus 22bp, plus or minus 2bp.
Meanwhile, the sovereign will tap its €2.5bn 2040s for €500m at mid-swaps plus 55bp, from guidance of plus
