The Canadian Mortgage Housing Corp (CMHC) sold its first 10 year Canadian Mortgage Bond yesterday. It raised C$2bn, the book was more than 30% oversubscribed and CMHC now says it plans to sell 10 year bonds on a quarterly basis in the same way as it does with five year paper.
