Fred Dubignon, global co-head of fx sales at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein in London, has resigned and left the industry. One official said, "he has made his USD10 million and wants to spend more time with his family."
The firm will not hire a replacement for Dubignon. Juergen Barthel, the other global co-head of fx sales, has been promoted to global head and Christian Exshaw, managing director and head of fx sales to multinationals in Europe-excluding Germany and Scandinavia, has been promoted to head of fx sales in the same region, said Exshaw. He reports to Barthel.
Dubignon reported to Achilles Macris, member of the executive committee and global head of fx in London. Macris did not return calls.
