WestLB has hired Pablo Gradwohl from Bank of New York, where he was head of emerging markets trading, to focus on Latin American credits. Calls to Sanford Herzfeld, head of fixed income trading at Bank of New York, were referred to Barbara Gallo, spokeswoman, who did not return phone messages.
