Deutsche Bank has added three equity derivatives sales officials in New York.
Zack Kember, former v.p. at Goldman Sachs, started last week as a director. He reports to Kevin McGoldrick, responsible for equity derivative flow sales. Cristina Chen-Oster joined the firm from IXIS Capital Markets as a director reporting to David Paley, director in charge of structured equity sales. Jordon Beck joined from Lehman Brothers as a v.p. reporting to Thomas Spahr andElaine Yu, directors in charge of Asian equity sales. Paley could not immediately be reached and McGoldrick referred questions to Renée Calabro, Deutsche Bank spokeswoman, who declined additional comment.
Sheila Patel, managing director in equity derivative sales at Goldman, Janine Shagoury, IXIS spokeswoman, and Tasha Pelio, Lehman spokeswoman, did not return phone calls about replacements for Kember, Chen-Oster and Beck, respectively.
Separately, Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management has hired Tom Williams from Decatur Jones Equity Partners in Chicago, as a director reporting to Tim Foxe, managing director and head of structured solutions for the Americas in New York. Will Bacas, former director in equity derivative sales at UBS in Stamford, Conn., is also tipped to join the group, but Foxe declined comment. Bacas could not be reached.
