50Hertz sets up capital structure with Eu850m debut
The German transmission grid 50Hertz Transmission, sold by Vattenfall to Belgium’s Elia and Australia’s Industry Funds Management late last year, has raised an Eu850m debut loan through its subsidiary Eurogrid.
