Turk Telecom homes in on $600m debut

Turk Telekom, the fixed line phone operator, has picked Citi, HSBC and WestLB to coordinate its debut loan, a $600m club financing which is expected to be wrapped up shortly.

Invitations for the deal are understood to have gone out on Wednesday, although banks have already been sounded out on the three year facility.

Banks co-ordinating the facility insisted it would be a pure club deal, with no senior group of lenders.
