Gazprom Neft signs first ECA financing, CFO cites ‘favourable’ tenor and pricing

Russian energy firm Gazprom Neft has made its first foray into export credit agency (ECA) backed borrowing to sign a €258m 10 year unsecured loan facility.

HSBC was global arranger and mandated lead arranger (MLA). It was joined by fellow MLAs Ceska Sporitelna and Komercni Banka. The Export Guarantee and Insurance Corporation of the Czech Republic guaranteed the loan.
