ICE Trust Becomes Regulated Clearer
The IntercontinentalExchange announced that ICE Trust U.S., its North American credit default swap clearing house, will complete its transition to a derivatives clearing organization regulated by the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission and a securities clearing agency regulated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as required by the Dodd-Frank Act.
