The IntercontinentalExchange has asked the judge handling the MF Global bankruptcy for the broker-dealer to return the money customers gave the firm for margin requirements.

The IntercontinentalExchange has asked the judge handling the MF Global bankruptcy for the broker-dealer to return the money customers gave the firm for margin requirements. The funds are currently frozen as the court sorts through the bankruptcy filing.
