Vue nets consent for £147m add-on loans

Vue Entertainment, the UK cinema chain owned by Doughty Hanson, has received consent for a £147 add-on to its debt.

Lenders in its existing credit facility from December 2010 had to give their consent to allow for the raising of the additional loans.

The new £147m sterling-equivalent facilities are split between a €105m five year term loan ‘B’, expected to pay 500bp over Euribor, a £53m six year term ...
