DIC Asset sells €250m of ESG SSD

DIC Asset, the German commercial real estate company, has sold €250m worth of Schuldscheine. The debt’s margin is tied to the sustainability of the borrower’s property portfolio.

BayernLB, LBBW and ING arranged the deal, which started with an initial target of €100m across three, five, seven and 10 years.

According to a term sheet distributed to investors and seen by GlobalCapital, spread ranges were 165bp-185bp, 185bp-210bp, 210bp-235bp and 240bp-265p, priced at over six month Euribor ...
