JPM drops lead role on WeDoctor IPO

JP Morgan has stepped down from its position as sponsor on healthcare platform WeDoctor’s planned Hong Kong IPO, according to a source familiar with the matter.

The bank had been working on the deal, which is expected to raise up to $1bn, for the past year with joint sponsors CMB International and Citi. The latter had joined the syndicate team in April 2020.
