UIC taps green and SLL market for $300m

Singapore real estate company United Industrial Corp has raised a $300m loan comprising both green and sustainability-linked tranches, adding further momentum to the nascent asset class in Asia.

DBS and United Overseas Bank provided the financing equally. The transaction was split between a $200 sustainability-linked portion and a $100m green tranche, according to a press release on Monday.
