Canal+ Polska IPO fails despite strong EM momentum

Canal+ Polska, the Polish satellite TV network, has pulled its IPO on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, despite the strong momentum behind emerging market equities.

In a statement on Tuesday, Canal+ Polska said it was cancelling its proposed stockmarket listing, blaming volatile markets.

Bank of America Securities, JP Morgan and Santander were global coordinators.
