UnipolSai to call T2s after debut RT1 issuance

Italian insurer UnipolSai Assicurazioni will be hoping to launch its first restricted tier one (RT1) bond this week, after which it could retire a pair of its lower quality tier two instruments.

UnipolSai said on Monday that it wanted to sell an RT1 with a perpetual non-call 10 year maturity structure. 

Bookrunners BNP Paribas, Intesa Sanpaolo, JP Morgan, Mediobanca and UniCredit will arrange a series of meetings with credit investors over the next few days.
