Lippo in talks with banks for acquisition loan
Lippo Malls Indonesia Retail Trust is in discussions with banks for a S$120m ($87m) loan that will support its acquisition of shopping malls in Indonesia.
BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, Standard Chartered and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank are understood to be involved in the talks.
