Neusoft Education Tech kicks off HK$1bn IPO

Neusoft Education Technology, a Chinese private higher education provider, hit the road with its Hong Kong IPO this week, aiming to raise HK$1.04bn ($133.8m).

Sole sponsor CLSA, leading an eight-strong syndicate, kicked off bookbuilding for the deal on Thursday. The issuer is floating 166.7m shares, which are on the table at HK$5.18 to HK$6.22.
