Allegro launches hotly anticipated IPO

Allegro, the Polish e-commerce company, launched its long-awaited Warsaw IPO on Monday. The transaction could be one of the largest of the year, according to sources close to the deal.

Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley are global co-ordinators on the transaction. Barclays, BofA, Citi, Santander and PKO are bookrunners; Bank Pekao, Crédit Agricole, Erste Group Bank and Raiffeisen Centrobank are co-lead managers. Lazard is advising the sellers.
