Peruvian transmission co taps for $200m

Consorcio Transmantaro, the Peruvian transmission company, added $200m to its green bonds maturing in 2034 on Wednesday.

After holding investor calls for the borrower on Tuesday, Bank of America and JP Morgan set initial price thoughts at 250bp over US Treasuries for a reopening of Baa3/BBB rated Transmantaro’s 4.7% 2034s.
