Yeahka kicks off $212m Hong Kong IPO

Yeahka, a Chinese online payments platform, has launched its Hong Kong listing of up to HK$1.6bn ($212m).

ABC International, CLSA and Nomura, the sponsors and global co-ordinators, began taking orders for the IPO on Tuesday. 

Yeahka is offering a float of 98.7m shares at a range of HK$12.64 to HK$16.64 each, meaning the company could pocket between HK$1.2bn and HK$1.6bn from the listing. The ...
