Nasdaq pushes for Luckin Coffee delisting

Nasdaq's board is planning to delist Luckin Coffee’s shares, after the Chinese company revealed fabricated accounts in April.

The coffee chain, billed as China’s challenger to Starbucks, received a notice from the stock exchange on May 15 saying Nasdaq had “determined to delist the company’s securities”, Luckin disclosed in a filing to the US Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday.
