CFF prints longest ever covered bond

French covered bond issuer Compagnie de Financement Foncier (CFF) ventured into unexplored territory at the end of last week to print the longest ever covered bond.

The triple-A rated issuer printed a €50m 0.95% May 2090 covered bond on May 7. Santander ran the trade. The issue price was not disclosed.
