Cathay Media refiles for Hong Kong IPO
China’s Cathay Media and Education Group has re-applied for approval to float in Hong Kong, submitting documents on Thursday with its latest financial figures.
The company is a TV and film producer but also runs a higher education business focused on media and arts. Operating for more than two decades, its programmes are broadcast on national TV networks and online platforms.
