JS Global kicks off $462m HK IPO roadshow

Small appliance maker JS Global Lifestyle Co has opened the books for a Hong Kong IPO. It hopes to raise up to HK$3.6bn ($462.1m), according to a source close to the deal.

The issuer has picked Credit Suisse, ICBC International and Morgan Stanley as joint sponsors of the IPO.

JS Global is looking to float 499.8m primary shares, 15% of its enlarged share capital, at HK$5.55 to HK$7.25 each. The range means proceeds could be anywhere from HK$2.8bn to HK$3.6bn. ...
