Colombia’s Promigas mandates two banks for long awaited dollar debut

Promigas, the Colombian natural gas distribution company, is hitting the road with a debut senior unsecured dollar bond offering.

The company mandated Citi and JP Morgan to run the deal on Monday, with the roadshow starting on Wednesday. The new issuance will be the first time Promigas has tapped international bond markets and has been highly anticipated in the Latin America bond market.
