ESM shakes up senior management

The European Stability Mechanism has reorganised its senior management team with a series of internal appointments and reshuffles.

Christophe Frankel, ESM’s deputy managing director and chief financial officer, will become the new chief risk officer, following the departure of Cosimo Pacciani.
