Aroundtown comes round again for euro hybrid

Aroundtown, the German property company, chose Tuesday, when the European corporate bond market was otherwise empty of new issues to sell its second hybrid capital deal in as many months.

The €500m perpetual non-call 5.5 year followed a £400m perpetual non-call five year in June.

In between those, last week it issued €1.4bn of six and nine year senior bonds.
