ICTSI closes €260m deal after change in loan use

Philippine company International Container Terminal Services has closed its €260m borrowing after changing the use of proceeds.

The four year loan was initially to support ICTSI’s investments in container ports in Sudan, but the lead banks changed the use of proceeds to general corporate purpose one week before closing the deal, according to a banker.
