Jyske tests call option as trio hunts for non-pref in euros

Commerzbank, Jyske Bank and UBI Banca all issued €500m senior non-preferred bonds with five year maturities on Thursday. But Jyske opted for a more flexible and efficient note, callable four years after its issuance date.

Danish lender Jyske Bank started the sale of a senior non-preferred instrument on Thursday, having chosen BNP ParibasGoldman SachsJP Morgan and Nordea as bookrunners. 

These banks put out initial price thoughts of 110bp over mid swaps, setting guidance at 95bp-100bp over mid swaps when demand had reached above €1bn.
