NAB’s CEO and chair to leave after damning report

The CEO and the chair of National Australia Bank will step down in the wake of a critical report into misconduct in the banking sector.

CEO Andrew Thorburn and chair Dr Ken Henry announced their decisions on Thursday; Thorburn will leave on February 28, while Dr Henry will stay until a new, permanent CEO is appointed.
