Marlow debuts in Asian loan market for £120m

Marlow Foods, a UK-based company that was acquired by the Philippines’ Monde Nissin Corp in 2015, is tapping the Asian loan market for the first time for ‎£120m ($156m).

Citi is the sole mandated lead arranger and bookrunner, said a banker who has been invited to participate.

The five year borrowing amortises over four years, and is priced at a margin of 195bp over GBP Libor. Potential lenders committing more than‎ £25m receive a participation fee ...
