JPM taps Ping An-linked EB again for $85m

JP Morgan sold its second tap of equity-linked notes using the Hong Kong-listed shares of Ping An Insurance Group Co of China as the underlying securities, this time raising $85m.

The overnight trade was launched on Monday evening after the market close. All the terms were unchanged from the original $350m exchangeable bond sealed in July, but sole bookrunner JPM has been able to lift the issue price at each tap.
