Goldman shakes up Asia IBD leadership

Goldman Sachs has named Todd Leland as head of investment banking division (IBD) for Asia Pacific ex-Japan, as his predecessors Andrea Vella and Kate Richdale step up to become co-chairs for the region.

Leland, who is co-president of Asia ex-Japan, will lead Goldman’s IBD operations in the region in addition to his existing responsibilities, according to a memo dated Monday seen by GlobalCapital Asia.

His co-president, James Paradise, will continue to co-head the regional securities division alongside Eiji Ueda.
