B&S opens books on €493m IPO, seen as 'cheap'

B&S Group, the Dutch consumer goods distribution specialist, has opened the books for its listing on the Amsterdam stock exchange, the second Dutch company to set a price range for its IPO this week.

ABN Amro, ING and Morgan Stanley are global coordinators, Rabobank and Deutsche Bank bookrunners.

The all secondary IPO consists of a sale of 24.7m shares by Sarabel Invest, a fund indirectly owned by Willem Blijdorp, founder of B&S and a member of the supervisory board.
