Amprion lights up long end of Schuldschein/NSV market again

Amprion, the German electricity transmission firm, has raised €200m with an issue of Schuldscheine and Namensschuldverschreibungen (NSV) — a similar instrument that is registered and can have a maturity longer than 10 years.

Commerzbank, LBBW and UniCredit arranged the deal, which consisted of seven, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 year maturities. Pricing ranges for the seven and 10 year Schuldscheine were 45bp-55bp and 55bp-65bp over Euribor.

The longer dated maturities are issued somewhat differently.
