Bulgaria's Eurohold tries to cancel debut issue after a year

Bulgarian insurer Eurohold is attempting to cancel the bonds it issued last year as it markets a new deal this week.

Eurohold is offering to buy back any or all of its €47m 8% notes due 2021 for cash. It only issued those bonds in December 2016 via leads BAC Securities, EuroFinance and Nomura.
