Greenland builds $250m bullet with one

Chinese property developer Greenland Holdings is accessing the loan market through a subsidiary called Gluon Xima International for a $250m three year bullet.

Credit Suisse, the mandated lead arranger and bookrunner of the senior unsecured loan, opened it to retail participants this week. It is offering three levels of commitments.

The borrowing, which is guaranteed by Greenland, pays a margin of 225bp over Libor.
