Credit Traders Leave Lehman

Two credit derivatives traders have left Lehman Brothers in London.

Two credit derivatives traders have left Lehman Brothers in London. Vassilis Paschopoulos, technology, media and telecommunications trader on the corporate desk, has joined Deutsche Bank as a market-making cash and credit derivatives trader and Jordi Orriols-Gil, a credit options trader, has joined Morgan Stanley, according to a colleague.

Paschopoulos will report to Antonio di Flumeri, head of European non-emerging market credit derivatives trading. Stephanie Smart, spokeswoman for Deutsche Bank, said Paschopoulos will start later this month.

Orriols-Gil will be an associate on Morgan Stanley's structured product group’s consumer desk, trading cash and credit-default swaps, according to Mark Lake, spokesman for the firm. Jessica Shepard-Smith, spokeswoman for Lehman Brothers, confirmed the departures.
