Credit Suisse First Boston is bringing aboard Kevin Qi, fixed income structurer at UBS in Singapore, as v.p. in a similar role in the Lion City. Qi, who will start in the coming weeks, will report to Lars Sorensen, managing director in the credit and insurance structuring group in Singapore, according to Josephine Lee, spokeswoman at CSFB. Sorensen did not respond to messages. Donna Chan, spokeswoman at UBS, confirmed the move.
