The Royal Bank of Scotland in London has hired Stuart Hall, an equity derivatives trader at Lehman Brothers, in a new role as head of index exotics trading. Hall starts today and reports to Ian Humber, head of exotics trading, said David Samuel, co-head of equity derivatives in London. Samuel said the addition was made because the index exotics market is becoming increasingly active.
Mark Lane, spokesman for Lehman, declined comment on a replacement for Hall.
