The Eu1bn deal for cable company Telenet will be signed imminently. ABN Amro (bookrunner), GE Commercial Services (bookrunner), Royal Bank of Scotland (bookrunner), Société Générale (bookrunner) and KBC (documentation and coordinating agent) are mandated lead arrangers on the deal.
BNP Paribas, ING and JP Morgan joined the five year facility during senior syndication last month. Arrangers are being offered tickets of Eu50m for a fee of 55bp. It is split into a term loan of Eu600m and a revolver of Eu200m, both with a margin of 100bp. The remaining Eu200m is not being syndicated.
