Invitel launched ‘distressed’ restructuring as TDC bows out
Invitel Holdings, the Hungary-based telecoms group, has launched a debt restructuring in which majority owner TDC is selling out to a private equity firm. Invitel was downgraded to ‘CC’ with a negative outlook on Thursday by Standard & Poor’s, also had its restructuring classified as a distressed exchange.
