Jonathan Pughe has been appointed head of EMEA loans syndicate at Royal Bank of Scotland. As part of the bank’s re-shuffle of its loans team, Catherine Campbell has moved to non-investment grade syndicate under Eric Capp, global head of high-yield syndicate.
