CIBC Sued By Lehman, Creditor Over CDO
Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce has been sued by Lehman Brothers Holdings and its creditors, which claim they are due USD1.3 billion in connection with one of 43 collateralized debt obligations with which it was involved.
