Transatlantic Task Force To Align Market Regulation
The U.S. and Europe have decided to form a task force to identify overlaps between the rulemakings of the two jurisdictions with respect to over-the-counter derivatives. The group will be comprised of regulators from the relevant Commission’s in either jurisdiction.
