CFTC Urged To Close Swaps Loophole
Americans for Financial Reform has called on the Commodity Futures Trading Commission to close loopholes in a proposed guidance for cross-border enforcement of U.S. swap regulations in the Dodd-Frank Act that would allow banks to circumvent the measures by changing the registration of subsidiaries.
